  1. WTF? Is thsi professional handball? I remember playing that.... in like 6th grade.....
  2. With only 1 12 I don't move much air but my box is tuned to 33 hertz so it can play low 30's with ease.
  3. I think thats what everyone else was getting at. We all agree.
  4. 250 No, the wire determines the fuse size. Current draw does determine how many necessary runs though. ? He asked what size fuse...the combined amperage of your amps is the size fuse you use. If that works for you, then by all means do it. I'll get the most out of my wire while being safe... ? Why run a 250A if your running say a 50A amp? Because he will fuse it again at the distrobution block.
  5. If the 0 gauge is rated for 250 then fuse it at 250 or just below. That way the fuse blows before the wire melts and sets your car on fire.
  6. That AQ is stupid-proof with that clip light. But you are more than doubleing its RMS. Only iif you know what you are doing.
  7. Do you have to port it out the front? You could go from the side and have 30 inches to work with. I just can find any combinations of 4 inch ports that works.
  8. I really dont even know what clipping is. Im also not to sure how to tune an amp. The guy im buying the stuff from said he will tune it all for me and make sure I wont blow the sub. Red flag
  9. My calculations only say 1.67 cubic feet.... And I used Torres calculator and it said the tube would have to be around 17 inches long.... Which is kinda big.
  10. Correct. So do 30 if you listen to alot of slowed and chopped music.
  11. Damn thats a pretty big difference. Cool info What was the box tuned to? What hertz were you playing? When I clamped my amp I was wired nominally at 2 ohms. And when I burped at my tuning frequency it rose to 2.57. So pretty low rise.
  12. It's not a dumb question AT ALL man. Sorry that we are dicking around, ignore that. I recommend tuning anywhere from 30-35 hertz for daily pounding.
  13. 1.5ft3 is plenty for the Level 4 12, just tune your box properly and you will be happy......but but but if you really want the low lows you might want to consider getting a 15 because it can excurt more. I heard if you over power a 15 the internals do a front flip and land backwards, so your sub is out of phase. So watch out.
  14. You can wire both alternators to the same battery. If everything is wired right the power will be equally distributed on its own.
  15. Thats for people who are running like 30,000 watts.
