Ported will be louder. And inverting the subs will only make a difference if your bow wasn't the correct cubic feet for your subs in the first place.

Thats always an option. But 4400 watts to one BTL is pushing it. You have to have everything right.

Depends what your definition of "loud" is. Haha. It could definitly handle more power though. But thats up to you.

I normally tune from 30-35. You wont be able to hear a huge difference between them. You can try tuning at 30 hertz. Thats the lowest I would go for a daily application. What gear are you running? If you want more low end bass you might need to upgrade your equipment.

Go to a competition or ask a local shop if they have a meter. The shop might charge a small fee to use it.
