One of my teachers would always say, "Numbers don't lie, but liars use numbers." I think that applies here. -
Answered your own question. We cant tell you what your db's will be. You might gain nothing. You might gain .5 db's. You have to build and test yourself.

People do. But every setup is different. You know?

2 12's has more cone area. So theoretically it would be louder than a 15 on the same power.
-
Generally that setup is a LITTLE BIT louder in SUV's. But there is no way of knowing without building it and testing it.

What do you mean the DC 18 is not working?

^^^^ Good rule.

A single dual sub can be wired in parallel to 2 ohms. Hmmm, thats weird, Aq doesnt list 2 ohm power for the 2200. Anyone know what it is?

How long is the ground? Was he maybe trying to cheat you? aka keep the thicker wire and give you smaller stuff for the same price? -

Your power and ground are supposed to be the same size. Thats dumb that he made them different. The Big 3 increases power flow to your battery by giving it a larger wire, therefor less resistance. ninja'd by kevin -
Im not sure what JL recommends, but thats pretty good.
