  1. I'm gonna have to agree I got 25 cubic feet out of a crown vic
  2. My point was there are probably only a handful And damn his car would give that lexus an ass woopin lol
  3. It's prolly not legal to take flat out like below 9 sec.... Need more roll cage Like my car right now, I can prolly put down a time that's faster than the car is safe so the track would boot my ass If that car isn't faster than the 9.5~10 sec I'd be embarrassed there are a lot of 10 sec street cars, there are basically no 8sec street cars which this isn't so I would hope it's very low 9s
  4. I bet if he played music for 30 min the ofc would be stoping some ass
  5. What they are getting at tho is over extended periods I play the cca will fall farther and farther behind It's actually very simple science. Copper can transfer energy "faster/quicker/ more efficiently " than cca and over extended periods it will loose at an exponential rate
  6. My mustang is hot as fuck from the motor I'd buy some My question is would it spray on? Paint on? Etc? Will it have a thickener like spectrum? Am I gonna have a hell of a time painting it on my firewall?
  7. Least u dont remember much of the hour Glad ur all good! And sent u an email to westcoast caraudio email Please respond thanks
  8. His is huge drivers side port looks like 20x20" ish and if I had to guess 5 cubes per 18 shared common space and that classic spl curve near the port to help subs from fighting eachother
  9. There's a guy who posts in here occasionally in ssnw with 2 m1 lvl5 18s doing 60's in an astro he's posted pics before badass little box I think it's "theolddude" I would talk to him for info, I would NOT want to be in the same class as that loud mothafucka
  10. Big x's batteries need the 15 amp charge And if there has been any sulfa facatuon incorrect spelling u know, it helps to break it off the lead (agm material) in the batteries
  11. I couldn't agree with the man Most of the end customers are "stupid" (I say stupid as in if I go buy a tv do I know how the tv functions and why it displays the image, nope so therefore in am "stupid" and don't really know what goes on if something breaks) I've done a stereo in a subi, little did I know the car had been gutted of all security modules improperly so when I disconnected the battery it was all over; was it my fault hell no, did I have to spend 12 hours working on dudes car for the same amount of chump change that I initially charged for the stereo yes, lets just say I check wires under the dash before I even start on cars now
  12. I used tin snips to cut the cap it was very tricky to say the least.... Might wanna buy an extra just incase I had some laying around hence why I tried it when I was reconeing the 8s Txt me if ya need more help From what I've seen u really want that midbass I front of you, but you can manage with them behind you
  13. And bill has I believe still does use them as midbassjust use a very small sealed box
  14. They can fit You have to trim the edge and put a perfect layer if glue down
  15. In all fairness to this amplifier, I've never tested one so can't say for sure. Although, basic math would suggest it isn't possible. From their published data: 20kw @ 14.4V with 86% eff. = 20,000 / .86 = 23,255 watts input / 14.4V = 1615 Amps DC. / Three 0 AWG = 538A per 0 AWG. Maybe possible, sounds a little sketchy. But the devil is in the details. That efficency rating is at 4 ohms. At 1 ohm it will be around 65%. They don't mention that. Now doing the same math with real numbers we see that we would need 2136A at 14.4V. This isn't happening on 3 runs of 1/0. It gets better than that Zapco says its current consumption is only 600 amps Don't get me wrong but come on 600 amp draw and producing 14k
