  1. well if you had issues with it before, do you think maybe its the headunit? maybe time for a new one??
  2. and since you're in houston already there's no shipping cost for ya .. lmao
  3. i have a pioneer deh3200bt, its ipod ready and you can use your current ipod cable that came with the ipod.. it has 4v preouts all around.. double din touch screen price is 325 plus shipping
  4. why do idiots like you have to think everything has to be perfect, its close to twice the cone area, so who cares about exact numbers
  5. lol 4 12's is twice the cone area of one 18, so that would be too obvious
  6. what he means by that is you just answered the question yourself you were thinking about a dc lvl 5 so, a lvl 5 is a good daily beater, but hell there are tons of 18 inch daily beaters.... fi, dc, dd, AA, and the list can go on , it just all depends on what you can afford and how much space you can give up... gotta do math before asking questions
  7. lol i'd like to see how the electrical stands up to charging the 16v batts while charging the 12v batts... that just got me laughing...
  8. lol 190 wtf.. you'd be breaking glass and rupture your ears on that damn noise ... lol
  9. well you could ground it to the battery, but just not safe... you want to ground them to common ground...if the amps were to short out, the whole current would fall back to the battery.. not a good thing but if you run it to a common ground such a the chassis you won't be shorting anything out besides the amps...
  10. RF is rated for 1 ohm, sorry bro but you read their shit wrong... i don't know where you read it is stable at 2 ohms..
  11. sounddigital has a lifetime warranty on their amps?? wtf ? you have a site for them??
  12. and i know someone that has a used crescendo amp for sale, and he lives close to my area...if you're interested??
  13. yea but are you in any hurry?? you still have to build the box right? so why not order one if you like what you see and you might have it by september after your build is mostly done. Isnt that what most people do, start the build while the equipment is coming in??
  14. you can get it much cheaper than that, but again check out the crescendo amps... before you decide to buy i'm not picking a favorite over either amps, just helping out
  15. well when i looked at the dc subs he's getting they're only showing d1 and d2 setups i didn't see a d4 so thats why i based it off a d2, 4 subs in series equals to .5 load unless he plans on doing 2 amps at 2 ohms per pair... lol no reason to criticize me .. j/k
  16. another option to look at is the crescendo amps specially the 3kw they do over 4000 watts at .5 ohms so if you're running 4 dc subs in series that gives you .5 ohm load on the amp, then the crescendo would be a perfect amp especially for the price at 550 shipped!!
  17. go with RF or Sundown...RF is a somewhat cheaper than Sundown
  18. lol thats alot of bass for one sub.. but it sounded funny cuz its sounding like a big FART lmao, but nice setup tho
  19. lol i might sound like i'm talking out of my ass.. which is fine by me.. but no need to get rowdy about some nonsense bs....this is a forum not some lame ass chat site so chill dude
