Am liking these alot. Can u give info of where u got or who built? Also, say my amp is 500 amp fuse rated. Normally I would use a 250 on each pos input. Would I use 125 on each of the four pos cables if I used these? you fuse for the wire rating

id honestly pass on the hifonics..quality isnt there, at least with the cresendo youll get a known zenon design.

for the 600 price i think the cresendo is the only one in that range that will give you the power range your looking for. Dont know DC pricing but i doubt its under 600.

a ported box can give you the same transient response as a sealed box...you just need to configure that box for what you are looking for...all the while you will have more output from that ported box then a sealed box. I dunno about you but i like to have everything i can get out of my equipment...sealed does not do that. I prefer to use the front and backwave of my transducer (subwoofer)

i understand if you lack the ability to make a ported box that sounds better all around then a sealed box...its ok though everyone doesnt HAVE to be on the cutting edge of getting the most out of everything.

I would rethink this decision. I wouldn't Q's do great in sealed boxes id still do a ported box over sealed with a Q

as long as you have battery reserve, i dont see it being a problem. just know it sucks up juice pretty fast.
