    I'm 90% sure it wasn't clipping it was hitting every note perfectly at the same tone unless it's unhearable..

    500wrms sub w/ 550w mono amp I played a new song today(vampires by gucci) and I didn't notice it but when I reversed into my parking spot there was smoke I'm scared to turn it back up(I did have it like 3 or 4 notches higher than normal today)

    So on the way to class today I was bumpin and noticed smoke in the trunk, sub was smoking. wasn't clipping though. Am I simply pusing the thing too hard?
