    They have all performed identically over the years in my testing -- I did change to 100v primary caps to make them last longer on 18v, though.

    Bolt down ring is done for the next production run that will be on it's way to me shortly. It sits on top of the spider insider of the top lip on the frame and bolts in from the back - this way the cone can't come down and smack the bolt heads.

    Same score with an NS v.1 today as well (155.9 many times) -- may be maxing out the pressure my Jeep can take with a rear-firing port. Looks like I need to start on my forward firing setup soon!

    Depends on the load - with a high impedance rise the 1200D will do just that. The 1500D excels at lower loads and will put out more in the end when wired down.

    I think a BL would handle it fine @ 1 ohm.

    Do what ? ... Currently using Z v.2 -- will use Nightshade v.2 (NS v.2) when motors arrive. I lent out my only NS v.2 motor.

    Threw some good power on it today and hit 155.9 dB -- really close to the v.1 box results but this is with a Z v.2 =) Now to try an NS v.2 18 in here when they arrive !

    4500s made it an hour or so ago... starting to ship today and will finish by Friday.

    The primarily difference is additional temperature handling... slightly less mass will also give a few tenths of SPL.
