I am working on an SAE-50.4 model to go with the SAE-1000D - I've had alot of call from dealers for it.

If you end up needing a re-cone we can do some neat stuff for you More spiders, longer coil, and maybe another thing or two!

Indeed - I have noticed that the SAE-1000D has really taken off to another level in the past two months. So much so that I can't see myself changing it until I can get the same power in the same size, or less.

Little tid-bit of information for you... feel how stiff it is? I've already broken it in a bit *laughs* I test each one pretty hard before shipment. ... and some people are getting 1 to 2 extra spiders on their re-cones. Talk about stiff.

Glad it made it in one piece I added the third external cardboard layer after UPS broke two of them.

Whats wrong w/ 87 mph top speed on electric ? Still has the gas motor if, for some reason, you want to go faster.

I look for people with a good amount of SPL experience and with solid plans for show attendance and for their competition system.

Results from my Dad's truck: 137.3 dB - windows down 131.1 dB - windows up Both legal @ the windshield @ 40 Hz on the TL. Regular cab truck, ported box, behind the seats. Two E8s on SAE-1000D at 2 ohms. Metering was done with seats in regular driving position as well. * The score with windows down.
