  1. i think your suppose to use the dd-1 to find the max volume you can go on your HU using a 0 db track, then once you figure that you can set the gains on the amp.

  10. Ok but do you think i could get away with the alt and single 680 for now? the 680 weighs like 15 pounds whereas the 3100 is like 77 I do have a big battery under the hood that replaced my stock one...
  11. I am getting a 200 HO alt and i want to be running a solid 1500-2000 watts rms with no voltage drop for now. Instead of buying lets say the D3100 which is big and heavy, can i buy the multiple of the smaller D680. I may upgrade in the future to run 4k but thats later. When i upgrade can i just add more of the D680? Or should i just save and get the D3100?

  14. Ok and if you cant afford a table saw, what would be another viable option lol So it looks like you only need a router (preferably a plunge) A type of saw clamps a 90 degree square hmm simple enough

  16. I guess im more interested on what saws or techniques people use to get a straight cut. I dont need brand names, but you can put down what you like and have used. Basically what kind of saw or saws? a router? Anything else like a straightedge or something thanks
