    Car electrical systems are not my deal at all, so I have a couple questions. First off, I have a 07 Yukon SLT, and my guess is it has a 160 amp alt. I know for a fact I will need several new batteries, but would I need to replace the alt? I'll be putting out around 3000k watts total. As it stands now, the fucking head lights dim whenever I use the power seat adjustment, which confuses me. Hopefully I don't have to spend even more money and get a new god damn alternator.

    I wonder who writes his stuff, theres no way he flows like that on his own. Its just really not possible, but if it is true, it shows you how no matter what age, most of these rappers are spitting the same shit, shoes, shades, clothes, funny as fuck.

    Audi's are definitely quality cars, the A4 would be his only option though with those specifics because A6's and A8's are straight up gas hogs. I've been whipping an A6 around and its fun as shit but terrible on gas.

    I haven't heard of anything negative coming from creatine other than cramps, twitches, and rarely diarrhea if the person has a bad diet. What have you heard 07mazda?

    Its also possible when they stopped taking creatine they also stopped working out as heavily. All I'm saying is don't knock it until you try it, I was 90 pounds and over less than a year I was up to 160. Creatine helped alot.

    You shrink thats for sure, but you don't lose all of your gain. You just lose the water weight that you soaked up (which is sometimes alot though)

    So while working out is pretty much the same. I don't know if it matters really, and work out sites are way too fucking biased on supplements.

    Another question for everyone at smd. When you take creatine, do you take it before/after work out? I have been on and off with it for the past 2 years, but would always take it during work out, saw some results, but just want some other opinions.
