    Just to let you all know - as most of you are aware the SK-4500.1's run 1 sold out during the pre-order stage last time. We have since begun a 2nd run that is due to arrive May 31st. There should be enough on this run and future runs to where they will be in stock at all times! In the mean time I am completely out of them. We will not be doing a pre-order on this run currently in transit. I keep getting emails asking about the ETA, so there it is! -Kevin

    Both are well built subwoofers Bumpin49, both would impress you - they are designed around focusing on different applications. If you are looking for the Low End as described specifically I'd recommend the VVX-15, if SPL go with the Sundown SA-15. For future reference - mods don't allow comparison's here. -Kevin

    Soft parts on the VVX-8s and VVX-15s for recones are due in around 1 month. They are reconable we just don't have the soft parts yet.

    I mean this. Its not sealed at all in the inside, if it is. I cannot tell at all. The box itself is solid, just no caulk and I can tell it will leak air easily. However, with that being said what do you expect from great prices and fast shipping? Box is well designed imo for a simple 12 box. Carpet is fine as well. Just no Caulk which over time will cause leaks The boxes are all glued together before we use brad nails on them to assemble. Not only is this done, but we also use a light layer of bondo on the outside before carpeting. Enjoy your box
