  1. I run EBC red stuff on my MINI, Great pads and MUCH better than stock pads. I can't say much about the rotors though.
  2. Didn't directed make one that you could run the sub channel slaved with one of their mono sub amps?
  3. Found the box. It is about 25cm high 33cm wide and 33cm deep.
  4. I will need to find a box for it. I hope I still have one. as long as you pay the shipping I will ship it however you want me to
  5. I live in Mannheim. It weighs 14 kilo without packaging so at least 15 kilo packaged So that would probably be expensive too. A drive from Potsdam would cost quite a bit more though. The BL would make the toxic sound like a midrange.. Nick at FI told me I should shoot for between 1200-1500 watts for it to "really get it going"
  6. I can speak German MUCH better than I can type it! Was fur eine woofer has du jetz? I have never even powered the BL yet because I was going to use it in my new car when it arrives (mid December) but it needs too much airspace for my needs. You have plenty of time to think about it. Where are you in Germany, the BL's weigh a ton so it would be better not to ship it through the Deutch Post!
  7. I have a BL 10" dual 2 ohm and I am in Mannheim if you are interested. I know you wanted a 12" but If you want a BL I can save you some money. $195. is the price if you want it.
  8. Yup good seller! He took the time to follow up with me to make sure I got the item too. Thanks man! David
  9. Oh, I like! Thanks! I will try to get some pics up of building it in the next week or so! It will be run off of a Tsunami DB1000 at 1 ohm Oh and in the wife's car
  10. Anyone have a design laying around for a BL 10? size is not a big deal as the trunk it is going into is huge. Thanks! David :hairtrick:
  11. I think I will put on a skinny tshirt and do a "leave steve alone" video lol hehe, Steve think of it this way, You is a famous mofo!
  12. Very close! 12o.14's They are the next step up from the 12a . Thanks for the comments all. I will get some updates going when I work out amp mounting issues.
  13. Thanks! I love the sound of it! I have done many boxes in this car and this setup is by far the most enjoyable sounding one yet! Fun to have friends ride in the car and see them rubbing there noses from the base tickling it! I did have to be really careful with the frequencies because of the low capabilities in it. SSF is set at about 25-28 HZ and has done wonders! No vids yet though.
  14. From what I have seen this not so uncommon with the Alpines.. I have seen 3-4 other pairs that did the same thing. Kinda sad that they didn't coat the box with something when it was installed, at least a coat of resin on it or something
  15. Hello all! David in Germany here (not David from Germany) as this is my introduction here is a little about me. I am a shade tree installer that has been installing for the last 20 years under trees from Florida to Germany. I presently live in Germany and work for Uncle Sam. Some of you know me from Fosgates's forums so to you all that know me "sup guys!" and the rest of you, Nice to meet you! So just to get in the flow of things, here is my present daily driver install and my 1st IB install that is still a build in pregress and is by no means finished so please be nice I have to say this was an adventure.. I think the minor stuff I had to go through to get the baffles built correctly and the little things with the car NOT wanting an IB setup has made this one of the most challenging installs I have done in my car. I am still not completely finished with cleaning up the amps and some small air leaks but over all, I LIKE IT! So without further bla bla. Test fitting the baffle mount I decided to go with swappable baffles but then realized I needed a double baffle just so the sub would clear the back seat (does not fold down) Oh this will be tight.. In the car (93 Celica) The gaskets are so snug I had to put them in place with a scraper In place!!!! Since I took the pic above I have used alot of edead around the edges and I think i have taken care and made a good seal. Now time to figure out how to make the amps pretty... SO what do you all think?
