Lem I wouldn't oil anything on the alt. and Audio I bought a belt bigger because the stock belt was to small. now squeaks on start up after car has sat over night or a few hours. My car has no auto tensioner just a set screw that the more you tighten screw the tighter belt gets. That screw is already 1/2 inch from the cross screw that goes into alt ear to hold it in place limit on bracket. I wonder how tight it should be if it needs more fine but I don't want mess up the alt over tightening the belt.
only thing I can say is keep your 4 gauge runs as short as possible if your amps take that for power and ground. If they carry more than they can handle you could melt the jacket on it and burn your car if they aren't fused to protect the wire.
The reason I ran ground from front to rear battery is because I doubt the efficiency of my cars frame so the direct path from negative to negative can only be done wire power wire IMO. Every car is different but the most direct path should be best. After figuring the rear battery out just ground and power the amp off the rear battery since both batteries are parallel the amp just sees one battery anyways.
She in advanced and gifted class which is cool what jacked she has a drop out for a dad But hopefully she will rise where I fell. Thanks for all your right and wrong answers you all get an A
One half of the student's in Delia's class class ride the bu to school. One third of them walk. The rest are driven by a family member, Write the ways students come to school in order from least to greatest.
Thanks guys I'm a dumdass lol
I think you will be fine just look into the options or email FI and tell them what you want they will answer your questions. Thoses amp do put out more but you can set the gains on them to the rms you want (1500rms) to each sub.
They are different companies they most likely don't use same parts. But if a DC 180 can support 3000rms I don't see why a mechman 220 can't do more with proper battery bank.
if you get that mustang do you plan on keeping backseat? you had four subs but if have you thought of the box? space for sub amp and mids/highs amp? money isn't your limit but space can be. good luck!!!!
You think that would help on the rear quarter panels that I'm helping my friend with? the way we see it we can get a whole sheet in there of DP but it would most likely need another layer. This new stuff seems very promising.
