so if you take a test in school, work hard for the answers that are laid out in the book, and got a B......it is the same as someone who hacked into the teachers computer and got the answers without studying.....and got an A? And i did get a lot of extra views so that was accomplished. But someone who truly spent time looking for the answers and played right DID miss out. Get it now?

You just don't plug shit in right. i guess if you ration out EVERYTHING and spend a lot on a card.....you can get a good rig for $2,000 but not with a good monitor. Basically for a good PC you need at least $3,000-$3500 (including the monitor). A $2,000 tower on a $800-$1,000 monitor should be decent

It seems like this is what happens every time I buy a console. I wish they would bring Madden back to PC and even MLB the Show. Those are the only reasons I go back and buy a console every now and then.. Seems like at least once a year I would buy a console play it for a month or 2, then sell it off and go back to PC.. Did this a year ago with the PS3 Bundle for GTA V since they were holding off on PC version.. beat the campaign, played a month off Madden 25, then sold it too a co-worker and haven't gone back..... Yet.. funny you say that! i am the same way! i used to be a NFL JUNKIE on my PC. Till about 2006 when they stopped making it for us. I still played baseball till they stripped that 2 years ago. And NBA 2k13 was a joke on PC. Couldn't get any multiplayer shit working. So sports = consoles. Shooters / racers= pc for me

plus the fact that $2,000 for a rig still has you playing on medium settings damn near. High if you are lucky. Ultra.....ultra not likely. hahah you guys want my opinion. I have the sickest PC you can buy (a year ago), i have a ps4 and a xb1. The PC rules for obvious reasons. But the PS4 and XB1 are about exactly the same. Depends on who you are a fan of. I have friends that own both and PC has very few modern sports titles so i usually end up playing a little of each. both have useful features but to me the graphics are about the same. Always have been and i have had almost every console ever made so i'm not just talking out of my ass. It probably comes down to which controller fits your hand better in the end.

the same people that say rap sucks because they rap about guns, sex, money and drugs..........will go to a rated R movie and watch the same exact shit except on film. How come you guys don't get upset and protest those violent movies? That's all rap is. It's just a story over a beat. It's also funny to me when i hear ROCK and COUNTRY songs doing the same thing but in a different way. I hate country music but i don't hate it because they told a story about sniffing coke, smoking a joint or riding off with another cowboy's lady. I just don't like it. It's not what i like to listen to. But if the content is what you are bitching about then 99% of those who complain are hypocrites. sorry but it's true. For those that know about the whole cheating debacle on last weeks amp test Tuesday, just know this......even though i think it was dirty, non honorable, and the little scoundrel had the nerve to come here and tell me he doesn't respect me and to "keep my shit", because i didn't send it fast enough. I still sent it. Not because i wanted to but because it's how i operate. I even packed it decent. I had half a mind to toss it all in one box with no cartons (2 subs, an amp and a wire kit) and let it take a tumble or 2 all the way to Texas. But i didn't. so if you know the story, just know i try to do the right thing even when someone is shitting on me in the process. Look, i don't have to like someone who cheated to win. Can't blame me for being hesitant. Plus, shipping is all out of my pocket. LA Audio sent me some stuff for testing and said i could keep it. I decided to give it away. But i also scored some woofers that i was going to keep....but they were a perfect match for the amp prizes so i gave those up too. I did not have to. I also don't have to spend $40 to ship something to someone that cheated the system. But i did. yes, cool story bro. But i want everyone to see that the stuff actually went out, no matter how i feel about the situation.

Today's Amp Test Tuesday is the Lightning Audio L1500D. It is 1 channel mono block and the manufacturer claims 500w rms. http://www.lightningaudio.com First of all...just an FYI before i start. I have a very limited power supply on my test bench, I have 3 12v batteries, 3 14v batteries and 3 16v batteries. A lot of companies rate amplifiers @ 14.4-14.5vdc, basically the type of power you would expect when the vehicle is running and the alternator is turning. For that reason, i decided just to use the 14v bank. If a company stresses 12v ratings in the book, i normally will do those as well. This amp is rated at 14.4vdc so the 14v bank it is. That consists of 3 XS Power D1400 Batteries sitting on a XS Power HF1415 (15a) Intellicharger. It is in no way shape or form a "power supply" although when you look at the tests you might see the SURFACE charge above 15v. That is quickly used up when the test starts and is brought back down to low 14v range. It is not a perfect test due to my power supply issues. BUT, i think 3 small 14v batteries on a small 15a charger with a 1500watt rated amp pulling on it isn't TOO far off what you would see in real life. You guys know how i do this.... Who wants to play a game? I did 3 tests. Guess the TOTAL number combined (add all 3 together) to come up with one large number for your guess. If someone gets the EXACT number, i will send them the test subject! Yes, the Lightning Audio L1500D! I am also going to toss a single 12" Lightning Audio Subwoofer into the mix! If NOBODY gets it, i will give the closest person who did NOT BUST. But there is a twist! If nobody gets it and i am forced to use the next closest person, then you will SPLIT the prize with the NEXT person closest to your score (who did NOT bust). So a perfect guess gets "ALL the fries". A not so perfect guess shares the prize. That means the amp goes to the first closest and sub goes to 2nd closest. Also, if someone posts a number before you do, make sure you don't double post because he will over rule you. Only one guess per person or you will be DQ'd. Do not change your post once you post it because you cannot take a number that someone posted after your's. Now that that is out of the way Let the games begin!
