Hell...$350 budget, i'd say get the AQ2200...alot more power than you will need, but like stated above...you have the room to upgrade...alot! -

Haha...i grew up playing the saxaphone. Yes, the saxaphone. Go ahead, and laugh it up, I might not make girls at parties have wet panties, but I don't like the drunk girls anyways. Its the type of instrument that appeals to the girl in the suit, driving the mercedes or bmw. -
^^^this is so true. Wasn't nobody tryin to run from a fight in this video...seemed all the girls involved wanted in on it. Then the fact that they picked her up and drove her "to the hospital i'm guessing" shows me they really aren't to concerned for her wellbeing. Anyways, this is life in the streets. Don't get me wrong, I kinda wonder what happened to fair fights, but she was involved in the fighting and she got what was coming to her.

Flared Ports: Actual Length vs. Percieved Length
Bakerman replied to Bakerman's topic in Subwoofers / Enclosures
So whatever the length of the port is, the air is actually seeing 1" less. I was hoping it was the other way around. I did see some ports that the flares are dimpled like the face of a golfball...they claim that it slows the moving air down enough that you don't have to compensate that extra inch. EDIT- messed up the HTML Code for the quote -

I thought you had to do some odd calculations for that squaro-port you did...or would that be different than a normal aeroport. -
Flared Ports: Actual Length vs. Percieved Length
Bakerman replied to Bakerman's topic in Subwoofers / Enclosures
Yeah...its hard to get a definite answer on this stuff...thanks guys. -
So, I'm not quite understanding this concept. I know there is a 1" variable/flare when using ports with flares. But I'm unsure if you take away 1"/flare or add 1"/flare to the actual length. I guess what I mean is if I have a port that has a flare on each end, and the physical length from top to bottom of the whole setup is 10", is the air actually seeing 12" of port, or 8" of port?

Will these work?

Huh...interesting. Never actually seen one in person. -

I've never heard anything bad about this company, and just first impressions I would try them out. But after reading N8's comment, I'd say take his advice for what its worth. If you are looking for a good reputable company, I'd say AQ. Get you an AQ3500 for you sub, and the AQ4x90 for your mids/highs. -
Louder?
Bakerman replied to T3FREAK's topic in General Audio - Can't find a category for your question? Ask here.
Really? Your asking if two 15's on 6000w or four 15's on 8000w is louder...common sense is no where to be found. Sure these factors help, but it all comes down to the quality work done on the install. -
^^^very true

Yep...gotta C6 motor in it. I would've settled for a normal 350 built by myself, but the C6 motor works too.
