  1. I'd say get the DC 1.2K if you have the money. Well worth the money, plus it will match your sub.
  2. Got my tracking number. Can't wait to get this bad boy in. I have 7amps that should be happy next week.
  3. Mine ship out friday!!! I should get them next week. Then to get a box design from Ray. DC FTW!!!

  5. ^^ I can't wait to get mine. I might just have to set every gain in my city just to get this product out to the public
  6. I was wondering the same thing. Sorry to thread jack stang.
  7. I can't wait to get this thing. I week isn't a delay I don't think. I would wait another month for this product. Thanks for the update Steve.
  8. I would buy from a dealer. Those sound like the knock offs for that price. I heard of a few people getting screwed on those speakers so be careful who you buy from.
  9. If you want to get the scratches out, 3m makes a product that is called finese it. It's in between compound and polish. Gets out light scatches and scuff's, If the scratch is deeper than that, you will need to sand and buff it. If that don't work, it will need to be repainted.
  10. http://www.amazon.com/3M-06064-PERFECT-REMOVER-COMPOUNDS/dp/B003974GTW To me this works the best. Been using it for about 5 years now. You need to get the grey foam pad along with it though. Then I use this with the blue pad, http://www.amazon.com/3M-Perfect-Ultrafine-Machine-Polish/dp/B0015PMQDI This to step will take out all the swirls. Best stuffs I have used. Done many cars with it as well. will it work if i do it by hand? No you have to have a buffer/polisher. I know this stuff is pricey but it works wonders man. If you have a Harbor Freight their the sell the buffer pretty cheap I think. Never used one from them always a makita. Just a thought though.

  13. My thing is I couldn't find rage gold anywhere which is why I said bondo. My local lowes didn't have it and I doubt bucheites would...I have no local home depot. They didn't have kitty hair either though. Also, any suggestions on electric staplers? I don't have a compressor ATM or I'd get an air. you should be able to find rage at your automotive paint store if you have one in your town.
  14. Thanks guys! Guess i'm going with the knu cables then.
  15. That's what i've beenb told. Don't know if it's true, but i'm sure if you have cheap ones then upgrade to really good ones there would be a difference. Not really sure though.
  16. Didn't think about knukonceptz. are they comparable to the others?
  17. Looking to get some new rca's for my car. Don't know if i should buy these http://www.stingerelectronics.com/productDetails.aspx?ProductId=328&CategoryID=9 or these http://www.monstercable.com/mpc/productPageMPC.asp?pin=2933&section=three ? Would one have better sound quality over the other?
  18. Im almost positive the gold color is called Pewter for GM. Those colors look factory to me. I've painted a few of them just don't remember the red color because it's not as commen as Pewter.
  19. blowthru ftw Don't know much about them. Hire big would out have to be for two xl's ive never done one either but are you talkin about the whole or how much of the bed? fail on me. I thought you said trunk. Lol I don't want to use up all my trunk space being i would like to still get to my spare tire if I ever need it.
  20. This'll be my last post in this thread, I don't want to spam your thread man... But, no extra wiring or battery is required to simply run another XL (except for speaker wire lolol). You can run two on the DC2k and add more power when funds allow. I'll be running a BC2000 to two Lv 5 18s and buying 3 more when funds allow. i didn't think out would perform to well only on two k. Wouldn't that hurt the speaker? Never in the history of car audio has a speaker been damaged by "underpowering" it. Keep the power clean, don't clip and you would be fine. thanks man. I just didn't think it would get as loud underpowering it either
