    my neighbors baby won't stop crying, but it's been nearly 3 hours straight, and the parents haven't done anything to calm/quiet her. I'm literally about to call the cops on a baby. First time for everything....

      Bro, I would think the cops would just tell you to STFU. ARe you sure that they are not trying to calm the baby down. Your in the house with them and see what they are doing?

      yeah matt, I was pretty sure since their baby's window is about 20 feet straight across from mine. They do this all day, their kids whine and scream and they never do anything about it. IT's unbelievably annoying especially when I'm trying to do homework...
