  1. I like the way kickers smell when you give them their rated rms power. burnt coils ftmfw... LoL Id parsonally say a digital design sub, but since that aint one of your choices, ill have to say FI
  2. Seen it on the soundmekanix forum I also use, and found more info on termpro. http://audioforum.termpro.com/cgi-bin/ubb/...=4;t=018251;p=0 Dan is another wisconsin competitior and rolled his car after swerving to miss a dear on his way back from Indy finals. He is ok, and his wall with two 18 inch btls saved his life! Im just glad to hear he is ok!
  3. nice vids man! PS: did you get my donation steve? Just wanna make sure the new paypal account is working properly
  4. many ways to go about this one.. Yes removing your stock radio from a vehicle with onstar will mess with a lot of things since the onstar is intergraded through out the vehicles electrical components. BUT that doesnt mean it cant be done. 1- you can choose to run your subwoofers with the factory deck. This will be the cheapest way also. You will just need to buy a high input to rca converter. Many companys make them and you can get nice ones for under $30 bucks. here is one made by peripheral http://www.peripheralelectronics.com/prodD...&strSearch= That is to be use for just a two channel/mono after market amp. If you would be using a 4 channel after market amp they make another one. http://www.peripheralelectronics.com/prodD...&strSearch= 2- now if you had your heart set on a new head unit or screen in the dash to spice everything up a bit you would need to buy a peripheral kit that is about $100+ i think. It will allow all the features of your onstar and everything else in your vehicle to properly work with an after market radio. http://www.peripheralelectronics.com/prodD...&strSearch= I am not sure if that is the exact needed kit or not, but most audio shops can order/install these, or point you into the right direction of the kit you need.
  5. Like i said b4 in the other post before they where finished, they look great, they look no where near as bulky as the old a pillers. The new ones look more smooth and arrow dynamic so to speak looking. Great job on the work Ray!
  6. yea.. I think Im gonna have to drink heineken all the time now but I guess coors stock is up alot tho. its like 12% or more up, while miller is only 1.50% up and bud is under 1% lol edit this is the other video on the news, its a better one with more info and stocks I think. The other was cool just cuz you seen alot of beer http://www.myfoxmilwaukee.com/myfox/pages/....1.1&sflg=1
  7. Anyone else catch that at all. Just seen it on the news rerun from earlier. They said it was going to be called miller coors or something now. I like my coors light, but seems like everyone around work drinks miller. lol heres the artical from the news channel I watch. http://www.myfoxmilwaukee.com/myfox/pages/....1.1&sflg=1 and another link I found. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/10/09/business...nyt&emc=rss
  8. meh too, its the best. Street jams electric funk volume 1-4, and hip hop from the top volume 1-4 are great albums. I grew up in my buddys skating rink so I know and have so much old school crap its not even funny. I got about 10 remixes of jam on it. If you got any problems finding any songs hit me up in a pm and I can point ya in the right direction
  9. I dont see how its any different then a white person listening to rap... heh I listen to some azn pride stuff LoL Got rice bitch? got rice? got food, got soup, got spice?
  10. I know its over your budget, but if you save a week or two longer Id get this. These things are starting to look good to me for somereason I think its the heatsink design that looks so much like my ext3000d. Class D monoblock $234.99 1500wrms x 1 @ 1 ohm. I deff think they are good starter amps, and they are strappable, which is always a bonus. http://sonicelectronix.com/item_10084_Powe...SA-1500.1D.html Dont crap out and buy some cheap amp.. You will always want to upgrade. You started with 2 tens, now you got 4 and needing a new amp, so get a decent amp, then after you had this setup for a while, your going want to make it louder, and you may buy new subs again, and you may run into the possability that the new amp you just bought wont be enough power for the new subs you want. If it makes sense, it will save you money in the long run.
  11. I dont think he really has room for compressors and air tanks, unless he would put the tanks under the hoe like the escalade, but besides he has the civic bagged that he can always play with
  12. Nice clean welds. Looks like that new welder is working like a champ, for a champ This thing is really starting to take shape now. Im so waiting to see it all in action
  13. Thats pretty f**ked up! Makes me want to buy size 60 jeans and wear them around rofl. Got bags? Last week in my cities newspaper there was an article about there being over 3000 students that are gang bangers. Keep in mind that my city is pretty small, about 62,000 people. We have two major highschools here North high, and south high. There is also Alternitive which is a school for people that usally skip, get in a lot of trouble at school, dont do homework etc. North high school has about 1200 students, while south high is about 1600 students. The alternitive program maybe has 200-300 students tops. Now with that said, our police dept said that we have 3000 student gang members. So with that being said, everyone that goes to north/south/ and the alternitive program are all gang bangers!!! Even the preps that get straight a's, cant go outside after 9pm etc. We have more cops per person then many bigger cities 25+times the size of us. There is no real crime in this city, and I think we only had a few murders in the last 15 years.
  14. Very clean. Im loving that people still use Image dynamics, I use to love them til I found DD. Im also liking how you got the crossovers flushmounted in the door panels, something Ive never seen b4
  15. It will be fine. You may not get the 1000wrms power tho since you will be running the amp at 1.34 ohms. What does your amp produce at 2 ohms? you for sure will get the rms wattage produced at 2 ohms, and a bit more. Im guess around 920+wrms at 1.34 ohms. The lower the ohm the amp is ran at the more power/watts the amp will produce. Most amps are not stable below 1 ohm tho, but you dont have to worry about that.
  16. Yes, those numbers are corrcect, they where took of billboards site a day after album releases
  17. yea i been banging it for a while, but banged it for a guy after work. The remix gets low. the orig is more higher bass.
  18. Song gets down right low, and has a good cRunk beat. Gorilla Zoe - Hood Nigga I think the Remix featuring Young Jeezy, Big Boi, Jodi Breeze, Rick Ross is the best.. Get it!
  19. Nice box you made. Almost looks like a prefab how you sunk the sides in a bit and used the seprate piece of carpet
  20. 50 also said in one of his songs "if my records dont sell ill show you my dick". Forget which one it is, but yea...
  21. I was wondering the samething last night and browsed a bit and seen that. All I could do was laugh, but I guess kanye and 50 faced off on bet's 106 and park according to this http://www.newsday.com/entertainment/music...0,6488156.story. As for who is in the lead. Billboard has learned that today's SoundScan Building Chart indicates first-day sales of 437,000 for West's "Graduation," 310,000 for 50 Cent's "Curtis". Id really like kayne to win just to bet 50, but I wont be buying either albums
  22. Id prolly roll the mtx too. woofersetc.com is overpriced on many things. Try sonicelectronics.com http://sonicelectronix.com/item_7771_Rockf...r+T40001bd.html Only 1400 for the t40001bd at sonic. The mtx is 50 bucks more tho there. but Id rather spend the extra 400 and go for the rf. Plus the RF is way underrated, and will push about 1000watts more then the mtx at 1 ohm if not more. But if your got two subs with dual 2 ohms, you can only run the amp at .5, 2, or 8 ohms. So Im assuming your gonna be running ruffly a 2 ohm mono load. The mtx only gives you: 2 ohms: 2200 watts x 1 chan. and the rf gives you 3,000 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms. So even at 2 ohms the rf will be at least 1000watts rms more then the mtx. With either option the subs will be severly under powered since they ask for 2000watts rms. I think you would be better buying two 2000wrms strappable amps. With strapping 2 amps together you will need a 2ohm load. Otherwise with both the rf and mtx amps you would be wasting your money becasue you wont ever see the actual 3750 or the 4000 watts rms out of the amps. Or maybe even two of these http://sonicelectronix.com/item_8955_Rockf...T1500-1bd.html# And run 1 amp per sub at 1 ohm. giving you at least 1500wrms to each sub.
