Lowblueranger, Resolved He Made It Right!
audiofanaticz replied to xaosikk's topic in Buyer / Seller Feedback
yes they are the same size, but in the for sale post, the seller stated that he bought it from ebay, with out the beauty panel that hides all the connections and switches, so he bought one from rockford. So a t30001bd will fit on a t40001bd or vice versa, the cover that he bought from RF says t40001bd Im sure that someone like snafu should be able to clear up if the 30001 boards where ever used in the 40001 amps. But I think they just share the same heatsinks and that is it. edit: kandiman beat me too it lol -
ROFLMAO that just made my day Me too. I so badly want to grab my video camera and walk through my friends house and make a video, then send it to clean sweep on tlc. Theres 4 people living in the house, the mom, her second oldest son (27) my buddy (24), and the youngest (22) The youngest got fired from work for being late all the time, he thinks he lost his job 3 weeks ago, but its been a half year. He dont do shit but play WOW and snort pills. He wont get off the computer except to piss and eat (if there was abucket, hed probolly piss in it) he literitly sleeps in front of the pc... The rest have a job, but dont do much else. They dont pay bills, just throw them away. Their power is techniclly turned off, but because their is a person in the house with cancer the city cant turn the power off, so there is a 8amp limitor on the power line (but there dad died over a year ago, and they still get the free power so to say), anything more turns off and you have to go out and reset it. They got a extension cord running from the neighbors which where gonna unplug it, but the mom bitched and claimed they owe it to them (even tho they dont). The mother is a pack rat. They had a cabin up north and when their reletives sold it, they took everything from it. Rusty filing cabinets, stained up mattress's a non working refridgerator. The mom is a care giver, but she steals pills to give to her oldest son still living at home because his back hurts. Maybe if he wouldnt sleep on a love seat in the living room, and would clean his room so you can open the door and sleep on the bed he wouldnt have back problems. Their yard is trashed, neighbors called the city and bitched about 10 times this summer alone for un registered cars that dont run or move, and 2 boats that dont do nothing but sit on traliors. One car is in my garage, but needs to be moved out, The moms bitched at me because I said I need it gone or it gets junked. But again I owe it to them to keep the car in my garage (who cares about my car that I want to park in it for the winter, that is actully worth something and moves)... Ill try to get pics or something.. Lol There is so much more i cant even continue to type it all... EDIT: the house that Thewes posted about I replied too, Im talking about the same house in both posts... its pathetic.. Oh and I almost forogt about the part of their new puppy they just needed to get that they barley feed, eats all the garbage all over the house and pisses and shits all over (but they said its still young and not potty trained, even tho its about 5 months old). Not to mention the 50+ birds that dont get feed, or cleaned out... yea How do you even go about getting this shit cleaned up without being a ass...?

They are probolly fairly close to the same david. The reason the end sub on each side is because the angle of the subs, where you actually can see the excursion of the angled (end subs) versus the center 2 subs that you can barly notice move since it is firing straight towards the eye ( or the camera in this case). Its just an illusion. Someone brought the same thing up with Roscoes build with the 6 8"s in the honda about the subs hitting differently, but yet it was a common chamber sealed box with one powersource, so there is no reason for them to move differently. Box looks like it is built rather decent, maybe take the subs out and wrap it in some matching interior color fabric and youll be set!

The coil started to give out, you could hear it rattle and it started to read a bit high on the ohms. Its sitting in a box next to my bed to be shipped out monday morning. My mom bought me that shirt from the 7 mile fair in milwaukee... She buys me crazy shit like that hAhA! Im not even pushing that sub as hard as I was with 2 subs and 2 amps, dont want it to unload in a 18+ cubed wall all buy itself, thats a lot of space for one sub. Tuning should be around 35ish but havent had it metered to tell for sure yet. Do you think it will do a hairtrick with one sub? lol :01nocomment8so: :hairtrick: :hairtrick:

Only a handful of store bought cd's have that support, Dj unk - beating down your block has it too I think. x3 I use to use nero and it supported it too. I now use deep burner and it also does display artist/song info too. Its in the burning program that you use. Most MP3 cd players support the artist/song info, but if your using something like windows media player to burn cd's you wont have that feature.

Well, my car was scheduled for a 8am appointment today to have the window put in.. I guess autoglass specialists got the wrong window in. they got a driver window, not the passenger. And the guy has the nerve to ask me if I told them the right window. I said I think I know what window got broke on my car. then he comes back and says well its our mistake, the part number on the box is for the passenger side, but the window in the box is driver side. He says I can have another one in this after noon and we can proboly do it tomorrow... So I told him ok.. Then I called my buddys salvage yard and he told me $20 bucks and to come on out and pull it.. So thats what I did. Saved myself over $180 because the other window was $205 installed. Then I went to the tint shop to buy some tint. The tint at the shop is non fading stuff and is a lot better then the Gila youd buy at the auto parts store, and easier to work with. They told me $40 for them to sell me tint outright because of liability issues!! BUT, I could have them tint the window for $35... I was like wtf!!! so said screw it and its got a 9am appointment tomorrow for the side window to get re tinted.. Oh and something for the haterz!! LoL A temp setup.

What kinda alarm is it? Its hard to answer your question with not all the needed info. Im sure theres about 15+ different types of viper remotes through out the years! Is it a 2 way alarm or just a standard alarm? A 2 way alarm would be somthing like the viper 791xv that has the lcd pager remote that sends and receives data. Sometimes you can change your remote to remote from another model alarm, as long as they have simular features I know that the viper, clifford, and python 2 way lcd pager remotes are mostly all interchange with eachother. So you could use a clifford or python remote on a viper alarm. And I know there are cheaper alarms they interchange with too, but not sure on model numbers off hand. You can also order most remotes from your local audio/alarm shop, directed.com, or even ebay. By any chance when you changed your batteries have you tried to re teach the alarm to the remote? maybe the remotes are still good, you just gotta reprogram them to your alarm(s).

You cant get two dual 2 ohm subwoofers to run off 1 amp at 1 ohm. Parallel = .5 ohms. parallel/series = 2 ohms. series = 8 ohms The only way you are getting a 1 ohm load off two 2 subwoofers is if they are either dual 4 ohm, dual 1 ohm, or single 2 ohm coil configurations.

Ok, yea since you got 4 volt pre outs and not 2 volts like someone else talking out of their a** again..... you really have no need what so every for a line driver. Like I said, with a 4 volt pre out your gain should be ruffly around half way, give or take a little bit. x2, no matter when or how long clipping is bad. Clipping makes the amp work harder. The amp will draw more current, get hotter and in return put out less power. Not to mention that your voice coils on the subs will run hotter from the sub not moving correctly. When you clip the speaker the sub does not move as far in and out as a non clipped power. I think you may have said something about the cone movement not being far, but I forgot. A little clipping here and there is not enough to harm your stereo, sometimes some songs are just recorded bad and some spots of the song will clip no matter how good you got your amp set.

And just to post up about the line driver post. Kent there is no reason for a line driver!!! Dont waste your money, put the money towards something else needed in your car. As I said in my post, the gain on the hifonics amp is for .2 volts - 9volts. Your output is 2 volts and falls under the gain's settings. If you where running 2 sub amps, then a line driver maybe more needed, but you would still be somewhat safe.
