yes To get more output you have to increase cone area or power, well you doubled your cone area but if your power is half of what it was then output should be about the same Haha thats exactly why Im running my XL 10" off a 3.5 @ 1ohm with an overkill of clean power

Here is my guess: 102% OUTPUT at @ 1 ohm. 5k Certified @ 1% Distortion ~ 5100 ~ 100 over 7.5k Certified @ 1% Distortion ~ 7650 ~ 150 over ~~~ 250 combined??

First a little bit of background. Iv'e got an 08 Chrysler 300 3.5L. I was showing the system of to a few buddies and just chillin' you know.... Anyway, I noticed my battery light pop on, the HU started to power on and off, lights where flickering etc. So I got out and tested my voltage, which at the time was reading in the low 10's. Mind you this is with the car running still. Today at work I let it sit on the charger all day and the voltage is resting at 12.45 across all 6 batteries. Now I still need to double check for loose connections but I think the Alt is shot. I bought the Alternator back in Febuary of this year over the phone. I still have the original packaging etc but I can't find the recipt. Im sure you guys can get it looked up in your system. How do I get the ball rolling on this?

Im going to be waiting to buy both of them reguardless. No one remeber the first couple batches of PS3's not being backwards compatibilite? After a few months they made the next batches backwards compatibilite. One can only hope lol.

How do I add a larger signature. I see a lot of people with decent size signatures on here so I know its possible. When I add signatures it tells me 800x75 is my limit. Is that limit determined by the text you have added as well? Or is it a membership level thing? nvm helps if i look in the membership section lol...

Well I'm going to buy my old 8" m2's back from my sister. That way she can afford to buy a new 8" m3 for her t-line box. Any way since I'll be getting the m2's back I have a couple questions. I have been thinking about using them as a rear fill. Has anyone used the 8" free air or as rear mid bass lol ?? Also would there be anyway to get some 8" dome cf caps for them?? Would be nice to match my 10" XL.
