Nope equipment got damaged. Amp completely stopped working, subs were all wet and falling apart, and the box was all moldy on the inside. Oh well I've been wanting to rebuild lol. And yeah I'm going to check everywhere for leaks. Gonna have towels down and run some water in spots wait a bit then check for water until I cover everywhere.

I tore all the carpet out and looked everywhere, so it has to be the seal. And the carpet right behind the lights is dry so I don't know. The top of the box would also get get so that's why I'm almost certain it's the seal..

One day my system stopped working and I looked around in the trunk to see what was going on, well my amp and box where wet so I looked under my car and found a wet spot. Thought I had it figured out that that spot was causing the problems. Well I finally got the box out today and seen the inside of the box was molded up and damp, it's been pretty nice the last couple days with no rain. Went to close my trunk and seen my spare tire cover is discoloured from water and has a couple mold spots. I took the cover off to see the tire is wet, took the tire out to find a fucking kiddie pool in the well. At that point I started flipping out. So tomorrow I get the go to car wash and vacuum out everything. And I came to the conclusion the seal on the trunk is broke, so now I get to pay for a new seal. So now I have a question, y'all think I should just build where my backseat is, or should I just get a newer, bigger vehicle?

It would be very nice and mean alot to give thanks to everyone you know and see that works in The EMS field, we go through alot of shit to make sure everyone gets treated and taken care of. So I would like to give thanks to fellow EMS workers that are apart of this site for the work you do in you're state and county.

I basically made this because of all I experienced so far tonight. On my way to work no matter how much it rains this one road never floods out, well it was almost flooded out in 4 different spots then at work about 1 1/2 hours ago I got a call for a domestic assault and I just had to send both of my crews to the same place for a gun shot victim..

Between all the flash floods, rain, and countless assault/domestic/gun shot victims and everything else it's going to be a bad summer IMO. Anyone else have a feeling it's gonna be a bad summer?

Yeah, and another thing is my company gets A-LOT of BS calls. Like this one guy had chest pains for 37 weeks and wanted me to send the ambulance lights and sirens because he decided to get it checked now... That kind of shit gets annoying.

No, I'm a ambulance dispatcher for a private ambulance company. My company has the 911 contract and we get calls from them. So I do have the right to turn down a call like that. And getting hit by a car is a different story then a paper cut lol.

If it's not life or death I don't not have to send a ambulance. Plus have you ever heard of someone that died from a paper cut?

You're right, my company is a standard 300 for a basic EMT and 600 for a medic, charging an extra 7.50 a mile. So really I just saved them some money. But after they get in the hospital that's an extra 500, then doctor expense is about 150-200, and so on so forth for the hospital they would have went too. I don't know why they just don't clean the cut out and hold the finger so the two cut ends touch then bam in five minutes like that you're finger is already healing!

I'm going to be getting a complaint against me because I would not send a ambulance to a guy that got a paper cut from a news paper. The male said it was squirting out blood.. But seriously a ambulance for a fucking paper cut? Sometimes I wonder where this world is heading too. And the sad part is if they would just go by POV they would get there faster then the ambulance going to his residence then back tracking to the hospital. And that's not including the crew checking the guy out before they leave to goto the hospital.

I'm at work and across the scanner is the police dept. Has to goto the hospital because a guy is claiming he got assaulted with a.... Garden Hose!! Are you fucking serious really? This is like some Forrest Gump shit lmao.
