  1. Since you are in FL, Cody aka CJ18 DC has a new state sales policy. Ninj'd
  2. Umm congrats? lol thanks jk lol... this is just for the people who also where wondering how to get out without damaging anything XD I've always just used a cloth and a decent flathead. Never had an issue, which is why I never saw the point of the thread lol. No offense man, but just something most people probably dont have to ask.
  3. They are decent for mid entry level subs.. yea best buy type stuff
  4. They are decent, but not all that loud compared to some of the other brands around now. But for mid level name brand subs, they are decent. Give them a ported box tuned to 34 hz, and about 800 RMS solid power, and atleast 15in^2 port area per cube, and that box will sound great. Probably around 3.5-4 cubes combines.
  5. ***SOLD*** CAN BE LOCKED **edit** Adding pics pics of the coils. Keep in mind my junk DMM is off by about .2 (DMM is off by about .2) Coil 1 (Dmm is off by .2) Coil 2
  6. I have a 3rd gen 8 gig and a 3rd gen 32 gig touch...
  7. They are damn good amps. You rarely find them for sale, and when they are, they are sold in hours usually.
  8. Best place to look is used on the forum. I dont think they are available direct. If you look around here and CACO etc, you will find some.
  9. Couldnt really go on power rating, because both the XL and the BL are beasts on unclipped signals.
  10. I was trying to figure out the equivalent DC speaker to the FI BL. In particular a fully loaded, new style 4" Flat wound BL with all the cooling options. I know DC is a great proven product. But I am basically wondering if my is more like a Level 4, XL, or level 5 DC. I am GUESSING the BTL is equivalent to the Level 5. So Am I correct in guessing the BL is comparable to the XL?
  11. I remember seeing them a while ago, and I cant remember where. They were super tiny tho!
  12. It is more price dependent than size dependent. There is no real space limit, but I'd like to get it for under $80 And I could even do 100 RMS / 200 Max if that was a bit cheaper. cheap little 2 ch. amp, http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_33466_Kenwood-KAC-1502S.html Nice find! That is a great consideration! Kick butt but way too much power. These subs handle 100 RMS, and are shall we say.. old school lol.

  14. Not aliens :trippy: I am wondering if I can find a deal on a mono sub amp that is ~150 RMS, 300 max, affordable.. and has a small footprint? Or I suppose a 2 channel bridgeable to 2 ohm, same output... Any suggestions or links? Used is fine... for a micro project I am going to be working on :drink40:
  15. Don't touch the bass boost, and the AQ2200d has a clip indicator on the bass knob. Just follow that, you will be fine.
  16. Thanks man, sorry I was sleeping earlier I cant wait, I love these subs
  17. I sent the money this morning via paypal, I talked to him last night on CACO, were you serious about wanting them Steve? I owned a pair circa 97-99 sometime, I loved them!
  18. Agreed my AQ2200d is just beast, love it to death. I do also have a crescendo 2k, and its a nice amp. But my AQ is just a notch ahead imo. But also now more costly.
  19. 15 in^2 per cube should be decent, but I wont try killing it. I just want it to sound good, I don't need to use up every bit of juice Thanks for the info man I appreciate it
