Probably gonna do around 30 in the back, and 60-70 in the front... I'm gonna have to make the port removable though so he can shrink down the front port til he finds a sweet spot.

I don't see any major flaws. looks good. edit: port needs to be an inch taller in order to have 3 common port walls.

well if it's a home theater setup, do a T-line.

shoot for about a 1:6 ratio. and yes, add the widths together, buuuut single larger port is generally better

Shoot me a PM, i'd be happy to design you a 4th order although with those dimensions it would be hard to pull off anything but a 1:1 ratio. you're gonna need about 2 cubic feet sealed after displacements, that leaves you with roughly 3 cubes for the ported side. so it may be possible to do something very musical with those dimensions and an external port.

I said: and i know from the hundreds of designs i've done, that 2 single six inch aeros is about half the port area you need for a 10 cubic foot box IF it's even 10 cubes anyways, which i highly doubt. hell a lot of SUV's i've worked with struggle to get 10 cubes out of their cargo space. and seeing as that box is only taking up about half of your trunk, i'm willing to bet it's not 10 cubes. There are VERY VERY few cases where people can fit 2 18's in their trunk. i've seen one infinite baffle setup, and another that i'm pretty sure was sealed. this is why it's important to plan out ALL aspects of your system carefully before you dive in headfirst. now, if you're lucky i could see you maybe being able to fit a single 18 in a ported box if it was firing into the cabin.

was this originally going to be sealed? unless i'm missing something, there's no way in hell that box is 10 cubes. i hate to be captain hindsight, but you really should have had the design part thought out before you started building. two 4 inch ports wouldn't be near enough port area. for 2 18's. or even 15's for that matter. sorry there's not a hell of a lot that can be done at this point
