  1. I was one of the lucky people to recieve a coupon for some free Alpha Damp, but I can't seem to be able to order it. I log into my SS account, get my cart prepared, enter the coupon code and everything is fine. I go to pay (via Paypal) and the cart does not carry over, nor does it let me make the payment to cover shipping. I'm unsure of what's going on, as Paypal normally works fine for me purchasing whatever I need. This issue is worrying me because the coupon code expires tomorrow, and this is the first chance I've gotten to attempt to order. Can anyone give some insight into this issue? Does Second Skin require a Paypal account with a linked bank account? I've tried refreshing the pages, and nothing. I've cleared caches, history, and cookies and nothing. Someone please help...
  2. Pm'd Past couple of weeks, I've been on unpaid vacation. I don't have any spare cash, I know I'm poor... Appreciate it bro. Memphis bein a boss helpin people out lately Yep If Memphis can spare the $5, it's alright man. If not, I'll PM you. Thanks!
  3. I'm $5 short from being able to order something, price of shipping seems to have gone up since I last had looked into it. I have only today to order, so need the $5 to cover shipping. I will repay $15 on September 9th, 2011. Thank you!
  4. Isn't the AQ750 rated for 750w@1ohm? Where do you get 1000w from?
  5. Two D4 woofers wired parallel/parallel for a 1ohm load on the AQ750.
  6. I'd personally choose the AQ750, it's fairly cheap and proven. It would also keep you with AQ I like woofers matching amps.
  7. Used it in my Dakotas front doors, reduced vibrations and deadened the door considerably. Haven't used SS Damp, so I cannot compare the two, but I've had a good experience with the AT 60mill.
  8. I saved for 6months for my subwoofers, minimum wage part time FTL! But I believe good things come to those who wait, and even though I'm impatient, if I feel something is worth saving for, I will.
  9. I have nothing to add, but those first two setups seem badass. Is that what they call a "isobaric" enclosure or something of the sort?
  10. The general 12-16sq per is after displacements. Using Torres will tell you your net airspace and the amount of port area. And port area is simply HxW, say your looking for 27sqin of port, you would want 9Hx3W. You do not take length into account.
  11. Prices have gone up for everything lol, milk isn't the same price as last year, neither is gas or subwoofer parts.
  12. Shit, when you put it like that maybe I should work on the bitch drunk... Lol
  13. A little off topic, but has anyone else here ran both a DC2k and a BC2000? The BC2000 seems to draw a wee bit more power than the DC2k, in my application.
  14. Tomorrow bro, got a football game and a bonfire tonight, and I won't feel comfortable working with saws while I'm wasted lol
  15. Got my babies in, and I believe the wait was worth it. I have never seen an 18" in person, and had no idea how big these things were! Here's a few pics I got, will take more later. Check out my build log! I like this one... More later pimps
  16. whats funny? Your comment about Torres not being accurate. And 8Osqin of port is a nice amount for 5cubes net...
  17. really? you come in here and say that with no pics?! Later tonight bro, later tonight
  18. I'm hoping mine will sound somewhat loud on a BC2000 for the time being. Looking for 145s
  19. Is it bad I've actually seen that done before? Not to that extent though lol. All of your posts make me lmao
  20. Woah big daddy, slow your roll. You need to tell us some max dimensions and goals for the box.
  21. I'm only giving my two Lv5s 1kw each, don't feel bad about underpowering them lol. I'm sure it'll get plenty loud enough
  22. He may be asking how wide the port should be... His wording is confusing me though. If that's the case, you will want it to be 2.75" wide.
