All fuses are correct size? Just trying to ask the simplest first b/c it might be something simple. it happens. Can you take the amp top plate off to look at the internals

X2. just wrap speaker wire around the plugs on ur rca's & ground them. i do that on every install now whether i have the problem or not, just to be safe =]. Ok do i wrap around the left and right(aka both wires)? And do i do it at the amp? Or hu?

Alright well ive had a problem for ever with ground issues i think.(idk if thats the real prob.). Ok so ive always had turn on thumps from the radio turning on and it went from that with my old deck to when my volume is at 0 when i turn it up it thumps just once or initially. I have relocated my ground again and again and again etc.. Well i cannot figure this prob out. Aside from the thump from volume 0 to 1 i have an engine noise like its not alt. Whine it almost sounds like my speakers are acting like my muffler. Its not loud but its noticable when setting still and music real low. The prob stops when hu is off or at 0 volume. Any ideas its not my rcas ive tried mutiple pairs. theres no power wire close, all power and rcas are on diff sides. I am no NOOB im not saying im a pro if i was i wouldnt have this issue. Any ideas ppl? Thanks in advance. O btw i drive a 2000 camry

Bro i had three diff. Setups w/L7s 02s, 06s & 08s the most recent was 2 L715s in a custom box @2500rms for the pair they were loud as hell. Or atleast i thought they were. I blew them switched over to 2 hdc3 12s on same power and same vehicle the hdc3s raped the L7s and take in to fact the cone area difference that shits crazy but this is just my experience

What ohms are they you could just wire to 2 ohms maybe.whoops.edit.there 4 ohm... You dont have to have the gain set high. You could break out the o scope. Extra power is always good too little is not
