lol, totally didnt even think about the whole "how the hell am i going to cut that on a table saw". well its 2" now, we'll see how that goes when we're cutting the wood EDIT: Band saw is where we make really tiny cuts usually under 1", it has a nice guide arm on it

i'm unsure how long the V should be in the back so i just put one there. also the port spaces in the back for the left bend is 1.75", right bend is 1.75". sketchup just wouldnt let me measure it for some reason :/. this was my first time using sketchup, i sat on it for a few hours and this is what i came up with. any adjustments can be made if necessary, im pretty sure the V is going to have to be fixed, but i have 0% knowledge about that. any concerns? this is mostly for "hatersgonnahate", but others can chime in :]

ill put pics up of it when we start building just for you. i dont have access to a TL (not that ive looked yet) so i cant get it metered. but we'll build it, and ill post pics back on this thread from buying the sheet, to dropping it in the trunk. yes! that is exactly the confirmation i was looking for. that is the part that is missing from his thread. and if it isnt could you please slap me? cause i read the entire thing and all the posts looking for that exact information. so just for extreme confirmation, my port width is 3.5", thats 3.5" at the mouth and 1.75 at the back for the left bend, and 1.75 for the right bend? (of course the V will be added)

(this is for two subs, if there is any confusion) and in the back where it goes to port bend, is that 3.5" for each chamber, then coming out is that 7"? or 3.5" everywhere? (this part is actually not highlighted in his first post)

My question is, about the #2 common port walls. My port says 3.5", now is that from the BACK wall? or is that the opening in the middle? or is the opening in the middle 7" and the back walls 3.5"? (3.5X2) if i missed anything, just ask :]

yeah i drive a newer civic, so i have a fucking football field as a windshield. someone needs to put 2k+ in a civic because you can easily destroy windshields at 28hz. and it depends on your car, but 4cu @ 30 hz would probably wreck some shit in any car imo
