Funny thing is, the GOES pic (last image), says from 2008 lol. Was there one then too? I can't find many good ones of that fire. Not sure why. The first two are the images for it that area, just from different views. Yea, Dismal Swamp catches on fire EVERY year around the same time. You think there would be preventative measures taken lol.

I know it doesn't solve the problem, but it will help with my voltage drop for the time being. I am definitely getting an alternator next. I was planning on ordering one this week, but my brothers wedding was this weekend and I was the best man and I ended up spending about 2 grand more than expected, but it's all good. He had fun and it was a blast, just gotta wait a little longer to get what I need now. And I'll try to snap some pics of the alt later today, I'e got a spare in the trunk lol.

Does anyone know who makes, or who can make a decent alternator for a Civic? Stock one is 70 amps and it sucks lol, and the only after market ones I've seen are 140 amps for around $600. Anyone know of the other options? Thanks, Adam

I'm pretty sure I used the Loctite Epoxy Quick Set.

You can use epoxy or bondo, and and sand it down to a smooth finish that matches the rest of the rim. I've done it a few times and it works like a charm. I lean towards the epoxy though, it's a little more durable.
