get the lvl 5 coil upgrade.. my mom has been running a pair of the dc lvl 4 10s.. when they 1st came out.. she runs them on a hifonics 2608d.. for 2years now.. the suspension is very soft now.. but they take the 900 to 1k easily.. i say 900 to 1k...bc the 2608d wont do 2600 rms lol..shes seeing roughly about 1900 watts to both woofers.. design the box well and set gains properly...DO NOT use bassboost at all..n u should be fine...as long as u have the e;ectrical to support the amp also

1 btl 15 in a proper install will smash 2 x series.. 2 years ago i had a single btl 15 on a sundown 3500d in my 96 jeep doing legal 149 150db in the mid 30hz range dc audio sux stop nuthugging lol

u were trying to compare your trunk install to a suv install...wayyyyy different suvs get louder easier as do hatchbacks what is your box specs now?? what woofers?? etc etc....

my cousin has a 98 passat with 2 audioque sdc 10s on a aq1200d his box is subs up and a 6"aeroport firing into drivers side and it gets down for 2 10s

i love my audiopipe 1800d it runs at 1/2ohm allllllllll day long..and efficient too..i have a 160 amp alt 1 shuriken bt100 0 gauge thru out and i stay above 13.5 at idle and i got it for 150 bnib

been running fi woofers for years now ..i ran a single fi q 15 in my 94 civic hatch.. in 4 cubes tuned to 28 hertz with 14" of port per cubic foot.. got stupid loud for a single sub..144db with 1k rms power.. and played effortlessly down to 18 hertz..also have a 200amp alt and 200 amp hr worth of battery bank literally i could not find a single song it couldnt play.. i ran 2 sets of crescendo componet sets powered by a kicker 350.4..sounded like butter.. hope this helps a little
