I ran a amp to each sub on my setup, I had two Directed D2400, 1200RMS @1OHM. But if I am going to run one amp, I would go with the Memphis MCD2500

For price and quality, cant beat the RF1500.

Why would you not get the crossover with them? CDT Audio speakers are great, I live by CDT's. I have had many other brands and none come close to the power and SQ that hey put out. The Gold series are excellent, my bro has them and I have the HD series, both great choices.

Also, next time go with a single chamber port and much bigger, those subs should be hitting a bit more 147, it should be more around 155.

And that will be everyones take on a sub they dont use. Also in all honesty both sub lines far over priced for what they give, you can get an equal sub or better by another underground company for far less.

I am curios as to why people like Kicker so much? I have heard many kicker systems and I am yet to be impressed by there output in ground shaking bass.

If your gonna use two amps then run each amp separately to each sub and my choice of amp would be the Fosgate 1500BD amps and they should only be used if your subs are dual 2ohm so you can wire them to 1ohm loads.

If your goin to place an amp or even a high amped Reciever it more than likely will blow them very quickly.

Why are MA and Cadence amps so cheap in price? Are they descent?

1 is plenty, they may not hit full potential, but then again if you go more your sure to break the tensil leads and maybe more, also those subs work best when tuneed at around 35HRZ-40HRZ

If you already have one amp the logical thing would be to get another and merge the two, unless you have a buyer for the one then I would sell and go with one big monster amp.

Which would be a better choice to go with an 18" Soundsplinter RLP or an 18" Dc Audio Level 4? I am looking for a sub that requires massive air space for looks and puts out massive deep bass that will be heard blocks away. I am picking fom these models becuase of price and RMS which is around a 1,000 each. Any suggestions on would be great, pros and cons of them.
