  2. Depends on how well the panel is prepped. If its ready for paint then no backing needed. If it looks ugly and has dimples and un-even spots then get it with close cell foam backing. It will cover most of that but has a padded look. Like steve used a padded vinyl on his box but hid doors are no foam backing. That will show you the look difference.

  9. No body knows more about trunks than terry But. Id do 5.2 after with the box cut short sideways so there is 8" left on 1 side Subs forward, 3 4" aeros firing sideways. Tuned to 37ish. But thats me.

  11. Make the shape in mdf first. Then double stick or hot glue the pieces together and use a flush trim on a router to copy that to the plexi
