flip over and remove panel..look and see if anything looks burnt, maybe even smell burnt parts. swollen caps? blown resistors?

short somewhere inside amp?

my friend got 2 skar vvx 12's in ported box on 1 hifonics brz1200.1d on stock electrical and it hits nice ..429 for subs and box from skar page here and 149 for amp on ebay he can get 1 12 or something and prob sound nice. i was highly impressed from the 2 12s

ok so another quick question is...right now he has a hifonic brz1200.1d on 2 skar vvx12" wired to 1 ohm in ported box and a powerbass asa400.2 2 channel running 2 ohm each channel to power his polk audio inside speakers.. right now he has stock alt and battery(1999 buick century) .he can only get alt or battery first then in 2 weeks the other which should he buy first..i told him prob mechman and xspower for them but not sure which one..prob put them in same day so i guess im answering my own question lol.but if he puts items in seperatly which would you buy first ? alt or battery? and will he need another battery in trunk? prob just led's later but no ther equiptment will be installed after alt and battery

My friend has a 1999 Buick Century and wants to get a new battery and alt for it.. I was thinking XSPower adn Mechman. But we are going to fo the big 3 soon and I just wanted some opinions on where to run some of the wire to and from. Gong to use all 0 guage wire. gonan run the (-) battery to strut bolt and (+) alt to battery positive but not sure what bolt from motor to run to frame. ill try and get more pictures later. any ideas?

just installed this setup in a car on hifonics brutus 1200.1d and it crazy loud..DD-1'ed it and its on stock electrical for a few weeks and i must say i am so impressed ..my friend is very excited and loves how loud it is. he thanks you very very much

if the wires are extended , couldnt you just put it back and ziptie and tuck away the wire behind dash?

i am no pro as well but i would use DC 12V ..I would check fuses as well

no clue as of yet. i usually get him tools or something for his truck
