      Its rare I have to work these hours but I think thats what makes it worse.Trying to change your sleep patern in 2 days for a new shift is hard.Im half sleep right now not being productive at all

      I know what you mean, I work a swing shift so every 7 days I gotta switch. Its only my second month in but its not as bad as I thought.
