I run my 2 SA15's on 3k daily 1 ohm so their taking more than double what their rated for, you have to take into consideration box sizing port volume ect, making the box bigger will lower the thermal level lots of factors play into what is called overpowering.

coil packs! 3800 series II motors like to kill them from time to time like Eric said, as for the timing, these are interference motors if it jumped time chances are it would bend the valves and smiley the pistons and only run for a short time, cat is possible but normally doesn't happen all of a sudden, if it is the cat REPLACE it, OBDII will insure poor performance and bad gas mileage if you remove/hollow the cat. jmo hope it helps

the top is near headliner the bottom is at the same level at the seat all behind the plastic, as in the part you sit on, the clip/ lock part is on the leg to the floor

are you talking about the belt or the lock part? bottom of the strap side are next to the seat, clip bolts to the seat leg itself

sealed boxes are no go man, poor cooling, loads of pressure, the FS matches your cabin fs but doesnt have a good peak, ported all the way or 4th order IMO btw,
