  1. I was just thinking the same thing. Why are we still talking about Hifonics? the amp failed it's over.
  2. I have never run the SD-2 8, but I am currently running a SD-2 10 in a sealed box and it sounds great.
  3. How about if you ever drive the Tahoe or ISF to AZ to work with Tony C or Tony D you let the AZ guys know so we can get a demo here
  4. Been waiting to see this. Hopefully you have a T20001bd and T30001bd in your pocket for next week. With the battery bank limits.... 11,281watts
  5. I'd say 2 d3100's plus something decent under the hood at a minimum. Personally I would do 3 d3100's.
  6. What DD-1 track are you using to set the gains before doing the Dyno test?
  7. I would do the LC-1 after the epicenter personally.
  8. I might have to try -2.5. For now I started with -0 and the wife is asking of I need nore bass. The easy answer to that is yes. I might have too much high, but sounding way better than before my amp swap. Snowdrifter, thanks for the files. I think I might have to try a -15 on the sub amp now.
  9. I am running passive crossovers with the amp set at HP 65hz. I just set it with the -0db 1kz track 2. about to go see how it sounds.
  10. As the the title states. I just upgraded my amps. My compoments are rated 90wrms and the are 2ohm. My new amp does 150w @ 2ohm. So should I use -0 or -5 to with the DD-1 to set my gains?
  11. Getting ready to order an SD-2 10. I still like to use my hatch occasionally and would like to put a grill over the sub to protect it. Does anyone (Rusty) have any recommendations?
  12. We have seen single amps proven good or bad on the AD-1. Steve can you do some tests with Strapped amps or RF BD sync? If Tony wants to do the test I can drive the 3 miles to his office and we could test 2 RF amps using the BD sync cable.
  13. I would go buy a Autozone or something and have them run a battery tester since your voltage is good.
  14. Did you test at the alt with a volt meter? I had a voltage regulator on an alt go out and cause the same symptoms. I was going as high as 18.6v when my regulator took a dump.
  15. Really, you base your voltage use on how much your lights dim??
  16. So the question is, when are they gonna make/sell more?
