  1. if you run a saz-2500 at 2ohms is it okay to run 4gauge for power and grounds?

      Yes. 2 ohms ~ half the power. 4ga ~ half the wire of 0 gauge. 3.5k amps only have 1 set of 0ga inputs, to put it in perspective. You have a 2500 watt amp. Should be fine.

      match the wire to the amount of current the amp will need at the load being given. Why your not using it to it's full potential is irreverent to the question you posed. I ran a T2500bdcp for 6 months at 4 ohms, just because I could and the 100amp fuse on the 5 gauge that it was connected to never had a problem.
