Yeah my dad has that mask you're talking about notoriouslyloud, it helped him out a bit, but not alot. The mask and taking sleeping aids is working pretty good though.

If you take ambien make sure to take them on an empty stomach and don't eat anything after taking them, ambien do work really well just make sure you have enough time to sleep and as soon as you're feeling tired after taking them go to bed or the "window of opportunity" will close and you will be left awake.

I live on 4-5 hours of sleep every night, my entire family is insomiacs, my dad my sister and my brother are the same.

I know what you mean, it just seems like it all depends on what mood the cops in, and most of the cops around here have been PMS'ing and being dicks about everything. Isn't it illegal not to have the tags visable on your car? I got a real embarrassing "pull over" out at the gas station, so... I'm sitting there eating, and a cop pulls this guy over next to me, apparently drunk as fuck, so 3 other cops show up, and box me in, I looked like a fucking criminal. This gas station is like the most popular hangout for most of my friends, and I looked like a complete asshat sitting there with 4 cop cars behind my truck and on both sides of me, I had to sit there for 45 minutes before i could leave. And one cop was eyeballin my truck (tint). Shit sucked.
