oh i know. and i only had the front and rear speakers at 4 ohm and the subs bridged to 2 ohm and i beat the crap out of them. couldnt keep the rearview mirror on in my maliboom. i had some sever rattles with that car. wish i still had the car. almost 3 cubes and sealed in a coffin style box with the amp mounted on the rear of the box at an angle. will post the only picture i have tomorrow if i can find it. the other reason for selling it was when i put it in my camry it killed the alternator in less than a month which sucked because it took almost 2 weekes to get everything wired up. at least in my malibu most of the wire was already there from a previous install i had done. those kicker subs i had never saw that power comming but they took every bit of power i put to them. the subs were the kicker c12 svc 4 ohms... and then the mids and highs were also kicker ds series. paid $150 for all 3 pair of speakers...highs 4x6, mids 6x9, and subs 12s...

I have an amp thats for sale on the forum and about 3 weeks ago i got a message that said they would trade me 4 subs and some wire and 100 bucks cash. well I looked up the subs and said what the hell not what I really wanted but they would do. Well I send them back a message and set up the deal who gets what and how, sent my address and then the day they were to ship the items they said that the subs are to heavy and would cost to much to ship. 28lbs is the total weight of the subs and my amp is about 45 to 50 pounds. Each sub has a weight of get this 7 lbs yes I said 7 (seven pounds). Now heres were it pisses me off. That same person just sent me another message today wanting to trade me a amp for my amp should I be ruder than I already am on this post or should I call them out. I have done nonthing in here but askl questions, complement everybody on all of the kick ass work. Hell many have inspired me to do some fiberglass work to my car (wifes pissed) but who cares about her it my Damn Stereo. I forgot to put up the outer option being pissed off makes you forget things just let me know if I should call them out yes or no want it to be private message me.

I am not a big baller. have limited cash flow. (wife and three kids) I would love to but since I am only going with 1 sub I dont think that the 4000d would be useful. Since the se only requires 600 and the 2000d is 1000 watts, I think I will be covered on power! Also the se I was told now comes in Dual 2 I am only using one (1) sub. not 2.........

ok I got the max dims of the trunk. between the wheel wells its 38" and at the rear its 58" depth of the trunk is 32" and the height that i have to work with is 15". I have decided to go with 1 se series RE Sub dual 2 ohm. and the xt 2000d for the power plant. i will also be looking to get another batter but at this time mone will not allow but i might have it by the time i get all off the glass work done. I need a box that will give me a lot of low tones but can be used for everyday use. I want a vented box.

the amp us told me to use on the re sx sub was the md-1d. but it cost 250 to 300 bucks more than the sae 1000d. my question is what one is better

hell i tried everything to keep my mirror on the car even jb weld but that didnt help. but yo could try to get it set where you like it then put fiberglass resin in the nuckles worked for my car till my wife got to blitzed to drive and her friend drove my car and tried to move the mirror. i was pissed cause i had to drive thru houston traffic the next morning. so try glass, super glue, or jb weld...

audiobahn more like audioblah. I have had kicker subs and for the money they are worth every penny. I myself havent physically herd the ssd subs. but i cant wait to might help me make up my mind on what sub i want to get to put on the sundown1000

hah hah hah funny. I guess i should have posted max dim's but it was late. I can put two cubes in an s10 regular cab behind the seats. But vented boxes eat my lunch and ask for seconds.... I need a box thats 2 cubes tuned to 33htz. the dimensions need to fit in the trunk of a car. i will be powering this with a sundown 1000 just after uncle sam get me my money....

I would guess it could be done since I had my mids and highs running at 4 ohm and two svc 4 ohm subs wired in parallel down to 2 ohm. make me an offer.

I really need to get rid of this amp. its to big to put in my car, and the longer i have it the more I want to put it in there. I would like to get 300 + shipping from 77346 or trade for a smaller amp. something like a sundown 1000 or a dd 3510 sub. this amp has two built in cooling fans, 30 band crossover for the front channel and the same for the rear. and it has 4 for the subs. I was wondering if there was a dealer in the houston area.

i can build a sealed box all day long who can't but the ported boxes kick my ass. so what would be the box dimensions for 2 of these. i want to put a sae-1000d on them. I know thats a bit much but I was told that you can always turn it down enuff but never turn it up enuff. I have a 2000 chrysler sebring sedan so that should help with the box. I to would loike to get 140+ out of them just to freak people out around my area

one of the bolts that holds the corner pieces on broke so I took all of the corner pieces off. Other than that the amp is in MINT condition. 4 ohm 4x50 + 2x250 2 ohm 4x85 + 2x450 1 ohm 4x150 + 2x750 .5 ohm 4x250 + 2x900 Bridged at 1ohm 2x500 + 1x2500 this amp requires at least 4ga wire on both sides to power up.... i will take some better pictures tonight and post them.
