List equipment etc, post some pics.. surely you'd have at least one pic of it on your pc or uploaded somewhere.. what's your competitor name? what organization so I can look into it.. minds want to know. some people can build very impressive burp vehicles... but when it comes to a DAILY ground pounder.. not all can design a box for DAILY ,even if they can build a 155+ burp vehicle He has yet to provide proof for either, thanks for clearing it up though I suppose?

I was going to say, don't recall many people but 1-2 getting over 150 with them and those people were experienced or had help from experienced people. I need you all to move closer to KY for me, lung looks to know what he's doing and I could use his skills for my enclosure lol. ohio is just north of KY, im sure he would be down to do a bigger build if you ask him LOL I may have to try and make it up that way and stay at a motel/hotel a few days and see what he can get done lol Build would be nowhere near as big as yours though... until I decide what amp(s) to run in the end.. and get more electrical. All I have Currently is a 225-235 amp alt from EA and that was bought maybe 06-07 back when RoE was still owned by shon lol. That's why I need someone with some enclosure experience, i'd have no idea how to measure airspace in a wall built IN the car compared to one I could do outside it.. thus my original wonderings of if it'd be worth it ( headache ) wise for me to attempt over subs up and port back.

May can find some Ascendant Audio Avalanches in the similar/cheaper price range.. also have the same XBL^2 tech and very nice SQ/L Monsters. I've owned both and avas were my fav by far.. Adire Audio Brahma MKII is also another to look for.

they have xbl^2 tech... worth some money but 500 is insane. I'd do without any audio before I would do that. 250-300 max in excellent condition for an SQ person imo.

going to look more into it, see what others have done, I can't recall actually seeing many people's buildlogs showing how they "stabilise" their own.

also, falsefloor probably a must on this as well? not sure how else to keep the box from flying forward unless it was bolted down lol so im assuming yes. Anyone else have any input? I plan to keep this setup from now on, 2 18s and very low tuned wall/box pending on people's input on the wall vs. hatchback sub up port back idea.

I am quite excited to try a wall, i've never done it before. wishing I lived closer to someone who has had experience in doing them really, no one here is into it anymore than buy prefab for two 12s.. sony amp and blow out windshield story. lol I just shake my head and say " yea... wow that's cool "

I recently got the bug to wall .. however.. I have a hatch. I have always been hearing the " oh you have a hatch.. do subs up port back " and that's what i've always done. Would walling be more benefitial in a 2 door hatchback then subs up and port back like i've always heard? What would this be dependant on? Sub Size? Power Used? Or just because it's a hatch.. better to do it one way or the other? I'm hoping it's more personal preference as i'm wanting to wall if all possible, but I do have this feeling to stick to what i've always been told. I needed to ask the guys at SMD for some advice appreciate any that is given. info, will be using 2 18s, roughly 1k power to both on temporary amp until I get my taxes back... so nothing huge yet.

thanks i compaird the new subs with the older m1 in the video I heard they are louder than Lvl 5m1's! im debating on upgrading my 6 xl m1 15s to the new subs and see how they do I was told the same thing, supposed to be stronger than m1 lvl5s. I'm still a fan of the original xl, just a beastly sub on it's own.

as title states.. just looking to pick these up for now for new system as a temporary amp to play with.

alright, I decided i'm gonna get em, pm me your info when you're on. I have cash ready. Was gonna spend a lot more on a single lvl6 but I think in the end, these will outdo it together. Least in my celica Also will give me some bass now so when Rusty comes out with something bigger, I can try it then and not worry about it now.
