If Im going to run 3-4 15's Ill have to. Besides, I need my backseats and will need the port room. Dont wanna smother them. Wont have the room to put all those subs plus amps and batteries just in the cargo area

3000 watts for THREE sa-15's? if he even gets the full 3000 watts strapped like that that still wouldn't be anything they couldn't handle you could put that power on 3 sa-12s and they would take it... Awesome! Well I have the dual 4's so if I strap the (2) 1500's to the (3) SA's what would be the final load? Still 1.33 or somewhere?. Im trying to get the correct measurements. I know I need 12-14 cubes at 32hz? Does that sound right?

Ok so I said screw the box idea. Been wanting a wall for a LONG time! I have a 2001 Olds Bravada and want to do a C-pillar wall. Have a couple quick questions. 1. I have (2)SA-15's dual 4 and (1) Skar 1500.1. I want to put (2) more 15's for a wall but I would have to get another Skar amp. Would (4) fit back there? 2. If I run just (3) of the SA15's could I get a second Skar 1500.1 and strap them? Would that be too much power? If anyone that has a walled Blazer or Bravada please chime in. I also want to know if I can get a design layed out for me!. I seen a guy on here with (3) 15's in a C-pillar and that was awesome. Want to start this ASAP!!

Ill try as soon as I get off work. Ill turn it to full range and bring the crossover point up some.

Tried that and the bass was playing to hard! Might be a bad surround on one of them. Other than that, just didnt like the sound of them.

The crossovers are set halfway between the 50hz and the 250hz point. Amp only ranges that far. Speakers are in the factory locations-one in each front door and one in each rear door.

The sound quality. Dont know if I should upgrade the mids or the amp. Thats where I need help at

Hey Kranny, yeah those are them and I just have the (4) mids running off of the BB4.150 then I have a pair of bullet tweeters running off of a Onx4.60 on just two channels. The mids just sound flat/bland eith no life. I turn it up and it gets loud, but its just bland as hell.

Wow no help or advice? Would like atleast some advice from the experts before I go shell out some cash for something I dont need!

Right now I have a Planet Audio BB4.150 running (4) Powerbass 4xl 6.5" mids. Really dont sound alive. More bland then anything. Was wondering if I should upgrade to a Skar 85.4 to match my Skar 1500.1 or keep the BB and upgrade the mids????. Nothing wrong with the BB if that matters.

Sure: Also I would personally tune higher but each to his own. Thanks a bunch! But the SA's call for 32hz so the tuning in this box would be sufficient I think. I listen to all rap and slowed music.

Hey Joe, u got an internal view of that box? Trying to see how u got that port laid out. The other box was just one flat piece of MDF

Yes from Torres you can see they are 6", Flared though are just available to 17 long. So check out the slot ported one. Sorry that subs were no good. Yeah those VFL's were old and were treated bad from previous owner. Got my hands on some real nice SA-15's from Skar!. So just go with the bottom port then again?

Hey Joe, glad u chimed in. Last box u designed for me was cool but those VFL's werd crap. So those are 6" port tubes? Is there a flare in there?

Cool looking boxes but not feeling the side port look. Want something more towards the middle or bottom like this on my old box I built. Definately need a cut sheet.

That sounds about exactly what I need. So is that port a center port or port at the bottom? I dont have sketchup so if someone can chime in and do me a rough draft and a cut sheet ill greatly appreciate it!
