The guy I worked with used it on a sealed box and got a 3 dB increase, but worried that it would create drag on a vented enclosure y would you gain on a sealed box? unless it leaked like a bitch

umm cant really make a bad sealed box unless it leaks

anywhere from around 30hz all the way to 60-80. i believe most songs are in the range of 30-50 for the main track. all i want is to broaden the range of what i already have. Then make a new box I'm guessing your useing a prefab x2

well firing into your trunk is a bandpass enclosure. its just your trunk acts like the box for it.
