Hahahaha i know how you feel. mine did the same thing. but once it is up and going, there beautiful. what i had to do was, roll up my windows even if tho they were rolled up already and it would get mine working instantly.

Also a extremely good company, but there a bit more pricey.

cav is right, but there really is no need to be above 15 volts. i clamped my 4k2d @ 2 ohms at 3,800 watts with 2 optimas. i love there amps, they dont get hot, extremely small in size.
