1/4 inch ratchet is what I always use. Have to get the torx socket set, what I call em. You can use either a 1/4 inch ratchet or a 1/4 inch screwdriver. Like Stephen C has on his picture.

Tool name is a Torx bit. You can buy them at any hardware or tool store. Here is the needed info. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torx Bunch of tool heads. We all answered at same time.

Thanks guys. I am getting lots of compliments. Hell you would think I am driving a new car. The rims are a big hit. The single wiper is something I did years ago. I was watching the 24 hours at Le mans and this car had one on it. So I went out an did mine like that. It works better than stock in my opinion. It sweeps faster. The type of paint I used is just el cheapo Wal mart Flat Black spray paint..Blue can. Costs 96 cents a can. I used like 2 to 3 cans on each rim. I am not a fan of shiney rims. I like them flat black. I could throw some clear on them, but ehhhh..I could buy flat clear and use but eventually I am gonna put new rims on it any way..This is just temporary. I also painted the wiper black today to. No more shiney. P.S. If you do paint your rims. Make sure you rough them up real good. I used one of those green brillo type pads. Just roughed em up so the paint will stick better. Washed them with plain water and painted. Worked great.

When I opened it it was around 12.9..I hit it with the charger and in car it is over 13volts..I love it. I still could use 1 more.

Yeah, seeing how it is in 3 boxes now. I am glad it made it. Very nice battery.

That van wreck is a bad one. Been there done that. Had one almost like that except it was a round Culbert instead of a square one. Wasn't near as fast as that wreck, but the outcome was still the same..RIP

I knew something was messed up with I saw the box mangled and not inside of the regular Summit Racing box with those dang peanuts that drive me crazy. AHH Man just remembered Easter Weekend. Yeah you guys don't know how it is living in a place where you can't really get what you want or need. That is why I have to do mail order all the time instead of going to a shop or a big company..When I tell you guys that I live in a crappy little town, I am not lying. You West coast guys be glad you have shops at every corner and places you can get things cause IT SUCKS to have to drive to get the things you need. WickedToys rub it in deep why don't ya!! J/K Hell Not a big deal to me..Summit Racing and Powermaster are awesome company's. This battery is freakin huge and from the specs it is what everyone says it is. I think that it just slipped through shipping and whoever shipped it didn't really remember what Brown can do for you!!.. Probably have a replacement in a week.. I am just gonna let UPS come and pick this one back up and see what happens.

Heck no,,,This isn't going in my car. No way.. Ups said they will be back on Friday to pick it up..Summit Racing says they will have me another on the way tonight, just have to wait on Ground shipping. No big deal. Just the 5100r that I recieved came in 2 boxes. Not this one. Just the packaging that you see in the picture. Im sure it was just a mix up and someone figured that the package could make it packaged like that..Nope. On a positive note this battery is massive..I love it..Can not wait to get the other one. The 5100r in my car is performing flawlessly..

Well been waiting now for ohhh a couple of weeks. Battery arrives today from Summit Racing and right off the bat I notice the battery was not packaged properly like the D5100r I recieved. Last battery came in a box within a box, this one just shows up in the Factory Box. Spoke with Summit, they said they will have another battery on the way tonight. Which is good. I informed them to PLEASE ship it this time inside of another box, cause it looks like UPS droped it or something hit it. Talked with UPS to report it damaged they want to come and pick it up. I just want a battery that isn't damaged. I am bummed about right now. Someone cheer me up. Here are the pictures. It still has a charge of 12.7, but it looks like it is leaking a pink fluid of some sort. Scottie, Steve does it look damaged to you guys???

My question is if my batteries are above 12.6 volts is it a must that I have to buy the battery charger??? It says that as long as they are above 12.6 volts you can install them and they are good. My 3100 will be here today. Ok I have a Schumacher Battery charger that is AGM compatible, 12volts at either 10 amps or 2 amps will this charger work for initial install??? Thank you Scottie for you fast response. Can't wait to get the batteries in today.

Ace Audio has been around since I was a teenager. Early 90's I know..Probably opened up in the 80's... As far as all those prices go. That is not a bad price. Just like Ray said. You want in town service, and ease of warranty buy local. I can't lie though I haven't bought from an audio store in years. THE REASON BEING, It is either Kicker or Sony where I am from. Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with those brands, but where I am from that is all people have. I wanted to step out of the box and buy something different. Thats why I went with FI, American Bass and Powermaster...But Ace Audio is a reputable shop.

WELL I have a few stories for you guys, but there really should be a graphic content sticky if i post stuff. Some of you guys know my Job some probably don't. I am a firefighter and I have seen it all. Literally. Some of you would like to pick my brain, but when the images flashed in your brain you probably wouldn't sleep for weeks. Here is one for you. I am not going into details cause Little Sally Sue might be reading. How about a Suzuki 1300 Busa going around 150 Mph Broadside into an 18 wheeler????? 18 wheeler is backing into a field to unhook his trailer. He is blocking the road with the truck and trailer. It is dark. 18 wheeler doesn't have side lights on the trailer. Man on Busa doing around 150 mph. Man on bike doesn't even hit the brakes. Hits the side of the truck right where the fuel tank on 18 wheelers are. The bike goes under the Fuel tank and lodges there. The man gets thrown under the truck and his legs wrap around the front axle of the truck. His shoes fly off go about 100 ft past the accident. At least that is where we found them. With something inside them. I get to go under the truck and get ole boy untangled. Had a helmet on, but on this day it didn't even help.

Where do i get these at. I like them. I would do a video with them as well. NEVERMIND>>Myspace...Duh
