All the ones I have looked at had backseats... and less than a foot behind the top of the back seat.

Seats have to stay in stock locations in street c and dont in SSNW deadener im pretty sure its 1 layer 4mil thick all over.... 1 layer of Second Skin damplifer pro would be great and I have seen some good results from it. Never used it but seen it and was very impressed

Kenwood says it they will only read up to a 4gb flash drive.... I have had it read a 8gb one but Stephen is correct the deck does not put out enough power to read a those portable hard drives.

SSNW would be good depending on how much room is back there. I think in street c the factory seats must stay in and be able to function as stock. You can fold the seats down but you must be able to fold them up with system in.

On my 02 the midgate pushes in on the striker bar at the top to seals it off completely with the first panel, so I always tried to get the midgate or midgate replacement to push the striker bar back enough to seal it off tight. With yours being 5 years newer you might not have the play in the striker bar. If not just take out the midgate and seal it off somehow between the cabin and the rear of the vehicle. Its like a mini wall below the window line....seal it off
