leave the equalizer on "off", adjust tuning from ur head unit, the only other one i mess with is "bass reducer" make sure u have good quality music on the ipod before u play it in ur system u dont want to feed it bad signals and shit...... cd qualtiy is 328kbps i believe? but if any music u download slightly sounds like shit ( underwater music) then delete it and find something better

if u have itunes.......... click on any song in ur music library press ctrl+a /right click/ Get Info/ Options/ adjust volume adjustment to 100% on the ipod itself go to settings/Volume Limit/ then slide all the way to the right again on the ipod, settings/ select "sound check off"

im not rich but i am VERY fortunate to have a very good used running truck thats was GIVEN to me that was PAID OFF already...... i only pay for phone bill (70$), internet bill (50$), gas every week (60$) , insurance every 6 months (407$), and maintenance routines for vehicle..... food and shelter are provided for me. and not in debt for anything i roughly get 600 some odd dollars every 2 weeks.... 10% percent goes to savings, the rest of it is free to do with what i wish.....plus i typically dont get out much so i save, save, and save $$$ with that said i have plenty of $$$$ devoted to car audio....

i live less then a mile from my work area...so no it hasnt affected me quite yet! only when i go off base.... if i just go back and forth to my work and to the chow hall , a tank of gas will last me about 2- 2/1 weeks. about 60 bucks a pop for me.... i also own a a sweet ass 97' GT BMX Mach 1 bicycle.... WHICH i should be riding instead of driving :-/
