I started getting deadener and stuff for my car and I don't even have a system yet. my goal is to have zero rattles and not be heard more than 100ft away or so. if people had to make their cars keep sound in would help stimulate economy and lets people enjoy their music with out interrupting other peoples day previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. I talk shit on other forums like a little bitch and hope i don't get caught out on the street.

At full tilt my car can barely be heard from 5 ft away with the car sealed up. The mids can be heard from a distance, but once the sub hits it drowns out the mids and all you hear outside is a very soft brrrrrr. That was doing a 147.8 @ 39 hz. Deadener goes a long way. I've pounded my car almost right next to cops at red lights or past cops with their windows down and never even got a glimpse.

I'm filling my unibody with insulation to absorb sound. and I'm only going for low 150's anyway. I shoulf have around 2 layers of deadener and mlv then 6 behind the drivers in the doors, my biggest weak spot is the glass it self previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme.
