why did you make 2 threads for the same topic

I computer froze my fault.

But as far as the other post I will need the subs to be dual 2?

depends on the amp and subs...

With 5 subs, you become limited with most sub/amp combinations.

Dual 2 ohm subs wired as 4 ohms each and then the 5 subs paralleled gives you a 0.8 ohm load. A good amp like sundown can handle that without any problem.

Other than that, you will more than likely have 10 voicecoils. 1 ohm coils wired as 2 groups of 5 in series then paralleled will give 2.5 ohms.

Just remember to keep the wiring "symmetrical". For example, you cannot wire 2 subs in series and then 3 subs in parallel. The power to each sub will not be the same. . .
