I mean...what vehicle, space, electrical upgrades, enclosure, what goals, what power, the list can go on and on. If you have to ask I'm going to assume you're not that experienced and would probably say doing some research and listening to each driver will be a good place to start. I mean...if you were only going to give an actual 2000 watts I'd say go with the hcca. Or look at the XL on that power. Quote Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you? dugee81 Posted February 11, 2011 Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 the DC will laugh (from what ive read) at the 2000watt rating its been given. in comparison, ive also read that the orion cannot (thermally) handle much more than 2500. i had a HCCA and absolutely loved it, mad spl for the woofer that it is. big magnet as well. but if i had the money i think id take the lvl 5 over the orion, much more potential.
