eric78702 Posted February 12, 2011 Report Share Posted February 12, 2011 can someone show/give me a wiring diagram on how to wire 5 dual 2 subs in series/parallel because im having trouble thinking of how to wire them to an amp because the amp has 2 pairs of outputs for the subs thats whats throwing me off. Autruche Posted February 12, 2011 Report Share Posted February 12, 2011 (edited) Wire each sub's coils in series (each sub to 4 ohms), then wire the subs together in parallel. it should come out to .8 ohms. After wiring and everything it should sit at about 1 ohm nominal. Those amps have 2 + and 2 - outputs to make wiring them up look less cluttered, it's still just 1 channel.
