bigmescan
Will you be able to run your sub at 1 Ohm ? If so, do it quick. I hope the RF amp is working fine. dugee81
Only benefit I see is the resell value of the RF. And its a nice amp. But if the BRZ series is as good as most of its' users claim, I don't know if the RF can compete power-wise. I don't see an amp rated for "1500 watts" being able to push 2400. Probably closer to 2000, but if hifonics has held true to all of their lines (minus competetion), it will be close to 2000 as well. 200a alt. by Excessive Amperage hc800 under hood & 2 Deka 9a31 in rear 1/0awg + big 3 SAZ 3000D HDC3 18" @ 2 ohm

My RF t1000 did 1600 rms at 1 and 2 ohms. corrie32
don't do it, The amp you already have has more power, and might still be under warranty, i could understand comparing a Brz1700 to the RF1500bd, but not to the Brz2400. The Brz line is underrated, unlike the Hi-Fi line. I've never seen a RF 1500bd birth certificate over 2000 watts, and whose to say those watts are 2000 cleans watts also. I've only seen a couple of clamp results from the brz line and all was putting out more than rated. I've never seen any clamp results on any RF amp. So this notion of the Rf-1500bd putting out more power than the Brz-2400 is nonsense. Who know's what kind of shape the RF is in and what kind of warranty it has. The only real value i see is in the new Battery i love this sh--t man 1966 Ford Fairlane Pioneer prs 80, the big three, with 2 big azz agm batts, dual 270/200 amp alts , two 8'' mids and tweets in the kick( PPI phantom 600.2). two 10''s and tweets in the doors, two 10'' mids and tweets in the rear decK ( Lanar opti 500x2). 2 C2 Audio Threatcon 4 12s on a Crunch GP3000d. Tek
hifoncs are over rated. Thats funny because they aren't. They are power hungry though.
